The Cyprus Meteorological Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment is mainly responsible for matters related to the weather and climate of Cyprus. The Meteorological Service is providing services and information relevant to the weather and climate aiming the wellbeing of the people of Cyrpus and the protection of their life and property. For the achievment of the above objectives, the Meteorological Service collects and uses the meteorological information over the Cyprus domain effectively and properly and shares this information with other National Meteorologaical Services and the World Meteodrological Organization (WMO).
